The oil you approve is exactly what you receive. You see the verified lot record before any commitment. No blind risk.
Secured through EVOO Pass®
We support buyers in creating their own olive oil brand using selected Tunisian lots, fully verified through EVOO Pass®. Each shipment is documented before dispatch, so what is agreed is what is delivered.
Lab reports are standard. We verify the lot behind them.

Same verification protocol across all formats, independent analysis, sealed loading, full documentation.
We work with importers and distributors in markets where verification, compliance, and consistency are non-negotiable.
Documentation available in English, French, Arabic, and Spanish upon request.
Every document is issued before any commitment is required from you. No surprises after loading. No gaps between what was tested and what was shipped.
We supply in the formats your market requires bottled retail, food service PET, private label, or bulk flexitank. Mixed-format containers available.
Each batch includes documentation adapted to your destination market requirements.

We work with selected Tunisian producers on an ongoing basis. Below is a summary of current availability detailed specifications and samples can be arranged upon request.

When you source directly from a producer, you receive their sample, their certificate, and their word. There is no independent mechanism ensuring that what was tested is what gets loaded.
We operate on-site during critical stages to close that gap without adding complexity to your sourcing process.
What is tested is what is shipped.
Every producer in our network operates under EVOO Pass® our proprietary traceability platform that consolidates lab results, origin certification, and shipment documentation into a single immutable verification record, independently controlled and permanently accessible.
Most traceability systems record what a producer declares. EVOO Pass® verifies that the declaration matches the physical lot before the container moves.
Each lot is enrolled in the EVOO Pass® platform and assigned a unique verification record. Harvest data, lab analysis, organic certification, origin documentation, and grove identity are consolidated under a single traceable reference.
Every data point is cross-checked independently by Tunisian EVOO Supply Chain before the record is activated. Inconsistencies, mismatches, or missing references result in immediate rejection. No record is published unilaterally by the producer.
Once activated, the verification record is permanently locked. No modification is possible not by the producer, not by any party. Any subsequent data generates a new timestamped entry, fully auditable and visible within the platform.
A unique access identifier is assigned to every drum, IBC, or container and linked directly to its immutable verification record on the EVOO Pass® platform. Accessible to your procurement team, your quality lab, your customs agent upon arrival and to the end consumer on label, if required.
We coordinate and supervise loading at origin. The carrier seal is referenced on the Bill of Lading as standard practice. Buyers requiring an additional independent layer may request on-site SGS supervision arranged and managed entirely by us. With or without SGS, every lot is supervised, documented, and cross-referenced before the container moves.
The oil you approved, the lot that was verified, and the container that was sealed are one and the same. This is not a document claim. It is a physical certainty.

Most quality failures and fraud incidents in olive oil imports do not occur at the lab. They occur at the loading stage after the documents have been prepared and before the container is sealed.
Our role is to reduce these risks through on-site coordination and supervision not through documents alone.

We don't sell oil. We validate it before it leaves Tunisia.
Every shipment is tested, supervised, and documented before the container moves.
